Returns

   You must return unwashed, unworn defective merchandise to colormeand.com with the original sales receipt by mail within thirty (30) days of purchase. Credit card refunds will be issued for price paid for online order. We recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping.

  1. Complete the “Print **Return Form**” included in your shipment package. List the return reason code and return item quantity. Indicate which items you are returning by checking on the “Return” box on the form.
  2. Keep your original order invoice for your records.
  3. Pack and seal your return item(s) securely, in its original shipment package if possible. Include the “Return Form.” Affix enclosed, pre-printed Merchandise Return label to the package.
  4. Please note you pay for the shipping costs of return merchandise.
  5. Send your return item to: colormeand, Inc.

  6. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipment date for your credit card account to be credited in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge.

 

Exchanges

  When exchanging your item for another size or even another item, please e-mail us so, that way we'll try to hold before your original merchandise gets back to us.
  We will pay to have your exchange shipped out but, only allowed to exchange once per order.
