From the home page, choose a category and click on an
item from the product list. Pick a size-color and click
"Add to Shopping cart". All items you picked will appear in
your "Shopping Cart" at checkout. Edit your "Shopping Cart"
and "Proceed to Checkout" your order online. Once you click
“Proceed to Checkout” we verify your credit card information.
If
you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail
notification about your order shortly.
If
you are a colormeand.com registered user, you can view your order status
by clicking on “My Account”. "Log On"
with your e-mail address and password.

anywhere outside of the United States.
Change
and/or Cancel Your Order
If for any reason you wish to cancel or make changes
to your order with colormeand.com, please e-mail us at customerservice@colormeand.com
immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request. Since
our system is automated to fill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible,
we cannot cancel or change an order once it has begun the shipment process.

placing your order with colormeand.com, we will contact you via e-mail
with your order information. colormeand.com recommends you keep these
emails for your records. Examples of such e-mails are:

This e-mail, with your Order Number in the message title, confirms we
have received your order.
- Shipment
Confirmation
This e-mail confirms colormeand.com has shipped your order and provides
tracking information for each item order and shipped. You will receive
another e-mail once your shipment is complete. The arrival time of your
order depends on the shipping method and location you chose during checkout.
- Order
Processing Follow-up
colormeand.com will e-mail in case(s) of: difficulty in processing your
order, inability to ship to address provided, order changes, order duplication
or order cancellation.
Order Tracking

can I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, colormeand.com assigns
tracking numbers to the packages, which are entered on our website with
your order information. colormeand.com may employ different carriers with
different shipping methods. Thus, the availability of tracking information
depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout.
On
rare occasions when a shipping carrier lacks the ability to display tracking
information for an order, your Order History on colormeand.com will still
display the shipping status and other details.

do I find and check on my order status?
Your order status is easy to find:
Check your e-mail. colormeand.com will e-mail you your order information
at the e-mail address you supplied on our website.
Visit colormeand.com. Click on “My Account” to view your order
history, available 24 hours a day. Your order history contains information
about your most recent order activity and tracking information.
Delivery
of Your Items
colormeand.com strives to process orders for in-stock
merchandise within one business day upon receipt of your order.
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Orders shipped via U.S.Mail Parcel Post (5-10 Business days) are delivered
Monday through Saturday.
Orders shipped via usps Express (2-4 Business days) are delivered Monday
through Saturday.
Delivery is generally not available on national US holidays.
Shipping times are approximate and may vary beyond colormeand.com’s
control.
Order
Cancellation
On occasion, colormeand.com’s system may cancel
an order or parts of an order for various reasons,
such as: Product unavailability, Difficulty in processing the payment
information, Inability to ship to address provided and Order
duplication
If
your order was cancelled you will receive an e-mail providing the reason
for such cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items
and/or orders.
